Our Policies

Some important policies to know prior to booking a tattoo appointment. The responsibility is on the customer to review our website to ensure they understand our policies before booking; exceptions will not be made.

Booking Requirements

  1. One must be 18 years old
  2. One of the following government-issued IDs:
    1. Drivers license
    2. Health Card
    3. Passport
  3. The deposit amount

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  1. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  2. Appointments may not be changed less than 72 hours before the scheduled time unless,
    1. The client is sick (particularly if it is contagious)
    2. Adverse driving conditions make it unsafe to travel to the studio
  3. One may reschedule once without forfeiting his or her deposit, providing it is done within 90 days

Refusing Service

  1. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will lose his or her deposit and be turned away
  2. Anyone being physically or verbally abusive will be refused service and refund
  3. Any person under 18 years old must be asked to leave, even if a parent or guardian is present
  4. We do not tattoo names or dates of significant others
  5. We do not plagiarize other artists’ work

Payments

  1. Our hourly rate is $140/hr
  2. The minimum charge for 30 minutes or less is $100
  3. If you book multiple sessions, your deposit will be credited towards your final appointment fee
  4. Gift cards are non-refundable

Other Important Information

  1. We offer free touch-ups to any client who demonstrates need within three months of the final appointment, having followed the aftercare instructions
  2. Choosing a different design after a consult is considered a cancellation and will be treated accordingly
  3. One must come to a tattoo appointment well fed and rested in order for the best possible outcome

Consent Form

Maximize the time in the studio by bringing a completed consent form. We ask that you fill it out before printing it off. If you cannot do this, PLEASE write legibly. The signature section at the bottom should be filled in when you arrive for the consultation.
